Julieanne is the founding shareholder of Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, an elder care and special needs law firm established in 2002 and President of Estate and Long Term Care Planning, Inc. Julieanne is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) through the National Elder Law Foundation. She has a “Superb” AVVO Rating for attorneys and was a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2013. Julieanne is also a recipient of a 2015 Pennsylvania Bar Association Special Achievement Award, which was given to her for her dedication and commitment to the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Quality of Life & Balance Committee, of which she has co-chaired the past three years. A significant portion of her elder law practice is focused on estate and long-term care planning. As an attorney, her goal is to provide a bridge between legal services and the aging network.

Julieanne has extensive lecturing experience as a speaker for The Pennsylvania State University Tax Institutes and Tax Week, PICPA-Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Tax Practitioners – PA Chapter, Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Elder Law Institute, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Back to Basics, Tax Pro Seminars, and the University of Illinois. In addition, she has conducted numerous local, state, and national seminars for various organizations. Most recently, on April 22, 2016, Julieanne presented, “The Intersection of the Legal and Medical World,” at the Kasem Cares Conference on Aging in Orange County, CA.

Through Estate & Long Term Care Planning, Inc., Julieanne provides continuing education for the public and professionals in Pennsylvania and coaching for attorneys throughout the nation. She has written materials published by the University of Illinois on estates, trusts, and taxation. She also has published materials in various newsletters and newspapers. Julieanne co-authored two books about trusts, Pennsylvania Trust Guide (Edition I and II) and the Pennsylvania Special Needs Planning Guide, both published by George T. Bisel Company, Inc. Most recently, Julieanne joined nine other leading elder law attorneys from across the nation to co-author Protect Your Family! Don’t Write a Blank Check to the Nursing Home, a collaborative writing, broken down in layman’s terms, offering readers the essential tools and knowledge for effective long-term care planning. She is also a co-author of Protect your Family! What You Really Need to Know for the Second Half of Life.

Julieanne resides in a rural area outside Williamsport, PA with her husband, Donald, and their three children.

Julie Shore has spent the majority of her career focused on building, managing and implementing employee infrastructure and processes for her clients as well as recruiting, coaching and developing employees to maximize their contributions. She believes business owners and employees alike want to succeed and is a firm believer in playing to strengths- to bring out the best in both even when navigating the often tricky issues that arise. No matter the industry or size of the organization, this has been Julie’s passion and focus. Julie has earned the reputation as a solution-oriented, trusted adviser of best practices in career development and talent management.

Julie earned her Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Since 2013, Julie has been s a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP), and has been a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant since 2016. Julie is also a national member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Julie began her career at PHICO as a compensation analyst and then moved into various roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC).  Julie’s strong foundation in Human Resources Management has enabled her to easily partner with leaders and organizations to hire, build and develop teams and individuals with ideal synergy. Julie also owned a Human Resources consulting and career coaching business where she focused on serving small businesses.

Julie has facilitated numerous workshops and training sessions around the country for various audiences on national stages in Las Vegas, Kansas City, Nashville, Orlando, and San Diego to name a few.  Some topics presented included: Leading the Generations, Workforce of the Future, Managing Your Human Resources, Need Talent? Secrets Behind Successful Recruiting, Interview Like a Champ, Managing Employee Performance, Many Expectations- Limited Budget: 5 Ways to Put the WOW into Employee Engagement, Winning the Talent War, and Ready, Set Assimilate- Before It’s Too Late to name a few.

Julie enjoys and believes in taking an active role in the community.  She is an active volunteer at St. Theresa Parish and School as well as Trinity High School.  Prior leadership roles include serving on the board of the Camp Hill Aquatic Club; programming committee for the local Business Womens’ Forum; College Relations Chairperson for Human Resources Professionals of Central PA, and advisory board member of the Jobs Assistance Ministry serving those in job transition for St. Michael Church in Richmond, VA.  Julie has also volunteered her time at the Carlisle Barracks facilitating workshops on personal branding for transitioning military in Pennsylvania and various workshops for Dress for Success / Suits to Careers.

Perry served as the Executive Director of Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak from April of 2011 through August of 2017. Perry now works part time for the Firm assisting with certain ongoing and newly developing projects.

His experience prior to coming to the Firm in 2011 includes ten years in the Social Services Department at Divine Providence hospital, as a social worker and as the director of the department and fifteen years as a geriatric care manager in an elder law office. Perry is a past owner of a personal care home and is licensed in PA to sell life, health, and annuity products. He currently also serves as the Director of Resident Services at Nippenose Valley Village.

Perry grew up in Canton, PA, and is a graduate of Lock Haven University. He lives with his wife, Anne, in Loyalsock Township. They are the proud parents of four and proud grandparents of three granddaughters.

Guiding, caring and protecting reflects the family values that Dennis has lived from early childhood. Born on the plains of North Dakota, he was the oldest grandchild on one side of the family, and one of the youngest on the other. With all four grandparents, plenty of uncles and aunts, plus lots of cousins of all ages and two younger siblings, Dennis understood the love and laughter and closeness that family means. With all of his grandparents farmers, Dennis learned quickly what hard work, being frugal and planning ahead for hard times meant.

As an Elder Law attorney today, Dennis continues many of those values, and seeks to serve clients who need trusted guidance through uncertain times. You might not guess it, but Dennis spent a summer after moving to Wisconsin with his family, learning to be a circus performer. That’s right, juggling, walking the tightrope, spinning plates, and walking on a globe. Turns out he wasn’t very good at any of those things. That’s a good thing, because otherwise he would have joined the circus instead of going to law school!

In addition to specializing in Elder Law and Estate Planning, Dennis has been President of a technology company, with customers across the nation. After stepping down from that, he now focuses his energies exclusively on The Elderlaw Firm. Over the years Dennis has gathered a remarkable legal team, who consistently get rave reviews from clients appreciating personalized attention and helpful customer service.

Dennis has been blessed by his wonderful wife Lynne, and two sons. Dennis and Lynne met in 7th grade, but didn’t date until after high school. That’s because while Dennis has always been smart, he hasn’t always been very observant. Fortunately he came around and married Lynne before finishing college. Dennis and Lynne have two sons now grown and away from home (one married). Now their family includes their latest dogs, Bella and Bentley, who are therapy dogs. Bella and Bentley are loved by all, and Lynne takes them to work at her elementary school, and to visit nursing home residents.

Susan Goodkind Wideman, J.D.

Susan Goodkind Wideman is an Elder Law Attorney from Marquette, Michigan.  Prior to joining the Million Dollar Solution, Susan ran her successful Elder Law and Estate Planning firm, Wideman Filizetti, P.C. for 17 years. The focus of her law practice was to provide compassionate and high-quality legal services to her clients, their loved ones and her community.  Before becoming a lawyer, Susan worked in the industrial design and contract furniture industries as a Marketing Communications Specialist.  She has an undergraduate degree in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University, and earned her J.D. from the Thomas Cooley Law School.  Susan believes that her commitment to her connecting with her clients and her creative approach to marketing her law firm were key elements in her success, and she looks forward to helping other Elder Law attorney’s advance their careers.

Susan currently serves as President of her local Hospice Foundation Board and volunteers for numerous community organizations.  She is also the founder of Goodkind of Life; an internet- based business which provides information, inspiration and ideas for living a midlife without strife.

Susan grew up in New Jersey and moved to Michigan half a life ago.  She’s now lives in the Upper Peninsula on beautiful Lake Superior where she enjoys mountain biking, skiing, kayaking, hiking and snow – lots of snow.  She is a devoted mom to her son Erik and her chocolate lab Walter.

Dominic is a graduate from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Corporate Communication. He is a member of the International Honor Society for Business, Management and Administration with Sigma Beta Delta. He is also a Dean’s List Recipient and received the Lycoming College Third Century Scholar Award.

Dominic has been a part of the Lycoming Football Organization since 2015 playing competitively at the collegiate level. During his time with the team, he become involved in an annual event in which volunteer landscape services were offered to homeowners that were unable to handle the tasks on their own. His volunteer work does not stop there. In 2018, he participated in a mission trip to the Dominican Republic where he assisted in the construction of a school for the blind and aided in other medical needs for those unable to afford the services. He remains active as a Student Leader with Play by Faith and is a member of the Institute for Management Studies.

Lauren’s background is in sales and marketing, and she is an Infusionsoft expert with over 10 years’ experience. While she has worked with businesses in many different industries, she has been partnering with Million Dollar Solution members for about four years, so she’s familiar with the unique needs of elder law & estate planning firms. She enjoys working with her clients to solve problems, build sales funnels, and streamline processes. When she’s not building out Infusionsoft campaigns, she enjoys cooking, reading, travel, and spending time with her husband and dog.

Heather has recently partnered with the Million Dollar Solution as our go-to resource for our graphic design needs. She is based out of East Tennessee and has a strong background in fine art.  After continuing her education to become a graphic designer in 2003, she launched her company, Art & Design Studios.  She started out working for a local newspaper creating ads and magazine layouts to gain the knowledge and experience required to be a success in her field.  She began freelancing full-time in 2010 and feels blessed to be able to do what she loves every day.

She also enjoys flower gardening, landscaping, sewing, reading, cooking, interior design, and just about anything creative.
