Estelle Tracy is a food writer and chocolate sommelier based in the Philadelphia area. Her chocolate journey started in June of 2015, when she committed to sample 37 US-made chocolate bars by her 37th birthday on Halloween of that year. What started as a delicious excuse to eat a lot of chocolate turned out to be a life-changing journey that revealed her passion for bean-to-bar chocolate and the people behind these bars. Since then, she’s shared her love of craft chocolate through chocolate tastings at wineries and private clubs, both nationally and internationally. Since May 2020, she’s hosted chocolate tastings online to dozens of private parties and corporate teams all around the country, including Google, General Mills, and the Washington Football Team.
