Talent Success Coach

Dominic “Dom” Loffredo joined MDS in May of 2019. During college he worked for Julie Steinbacher as a Marketing intern for her law firm, Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak. Upon graduation, Julie extended an offer for him to join MDS as the communications coordinator. Since May of 2020, Dom has served as the Director of Operations for MDS, overseeing all daily activities and needs of the company.  He is now the Talent Success Coach for MDS. 

Just like MDS preaches, Dom also strongly believes in continuing education and development. Dom is a certified Kolbe Consultant, which enables him to identify people’s natural talents and align those to support their organizational strategy. He is also a SHRM-CP, which is a certified professional by the Society for Human Resource Management, a global leader in work, workers and workplace education, certification and networking for over 50 years.  

In his spare time, Dom enjoys traveling and exploring the great outdoors with his wife Isabella and daughter Magnolia.
